Venue Requirements To ensure a seamless and refined experience, the following venue requirements must be met:     •    A strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection     •    A minimum clear space of 12ft x 12ft for the booth and inflatable backdrop     •    Without backdrop: minimum clear space of 10ft x 10ft     •    Access to a standard electrical power outlet     •    Care of Equipment     •    The hirer accepts full responsibility for the booth and props during the hire period. Any damage incurred will be chargeable, with an invoice issued following the event. ⸻ Disclaimer Our luxury photo booth experience is designed to complement high-end events. While every effort is made to deliver uninterrupted service, we cannot be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, power failure, internet connectivity issues, or adverse conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue service if the safety of our equipment, staff, or guests is compromised. ⸻ Terms & Conditions     •    All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the £50 reservation fee.     •    Reservation fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.     •    The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.     •    The hirer is responsible for ensuring venue access, adequate space, power supply, and Wi-Fi connectivity.     •    Any damage, loss, or excessive wear to the booth, props, or accessories during the hire period will be chargeable to the hirer.     •    Replacement or repair costs exceeding the £50 security deposit will be invoiced accordingly.     •    We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the booking without refund in the event of misuse, unsafe behaviour, or breach of these terms.
