Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Jade Clay, you agree to the following policy. This applies to all treatments and services. All appointments must be booked in advance via the Wix booking system. A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost on the day of treatment. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in loss of the booking fee. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in loss of the booking fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or require full payment in advance. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened or cancelled and treated as a late cancellation. Full payment is due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. Certain treatments, including permanent makeup, require a consultation and/or patch test. Failure to complete required patch testing, disclose medical conditions, or follow pre-care instructions may result in appointment cancellation with no refund of the booking fee. Permanent makeup results vary between individuals. No guarantee can be made regarding colour retention, longevity, or healed results. Touch-up appointments are not included unless stated. All treatments are subject to suitability. Jade Clay reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. If treatment cannot proceed due to contraindications, undisclosed medical conditions, pregnancy, medication, or failure to follow advice, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation. Clients booking via the Brow Tattoo Savings Plan may only book once all payments have been completed. Savings Plan payments are non-refundable. To maintain a calm and professional environment, no additional guests or children are permitted unless agreed in advance.
